The New Orleans French Quarters was an excellent location for a causal maternity photoshoot. This was a fun shoot and a little different from most other maternity shoots I usually see. She said that she did not want a boring maternity photoshoot so we made the session a casual walk in the New Orleans French Quarters. We started at Jackson Square and then went to Pirate’s Alley, the French Market, and ended near Cafe Du Monde.
The historic buildings behind St. Louis Cathedral made for a good backdrop. The daytime atmosphere of the New Orleans French Quarters goes well with a casual maternity photoshoot.
Of all of the beautiful photos we took that day, I think the lemonade photo taken in the French Market is my favorite. Her hat, the lemonade, and the French Market background just makes this one a beautiful photograph.
If you are looking for a nice spot for a casual maternity shoot, the New Orleans French Quarters makes an excellent location!
